~ Ensure student's diligent and daily practice of all assignments - an absolute minimum of 20 minutes a day for younger students, 30 minutes a day for older students, five days a week
~ Respond to teacher calls, emails, and text messages within a reasonable amount of time
~Submit tuition payment at the first lesson of each month
~ Participate in student recitals and discussed events
Parents must notify the teacher of cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled make up time. Cancelled lessons will not be refunded or credited to the next month: however, a make up credit will be issued for the cancelled lesson. This credit may be used to schedule a make up lesson, which must be scheduled and attended within 30 days.
CHARTER SCHOOLS - If your student is enrolled in a charter school which Michelle' Keys Piano Studio is a vendor for, arrangements will be made for payment according to the charter school policies.
PRIVATE STUDENTS - Invoices will be sent via email a week before the first lesson of each month and will be due at the first lesson of the calendar month. Checks and cash are both accepted.
